Nicolette DeSimone is a solo practicing attorney who prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships and to provide personalized services for her clients.
Before practicing law, Nicolette attended the University of New Haven, graduating cum laude in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. Nicolette chose to focus on Forensic Psychology as she was always intrigued by the connection between human behavior and the justice system.
Nicolette went on to attend the University of Massachusetts School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2018 with a Juris Doctor. While at UMass Law, Nicolette was a Certified Student Practitioner, representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in both adult and juvenile cases through the Criminal Prosecution Clinic, and serving as a leading member of the Human Rights at Home Clinic, which focused on securing fundamental human rights for individuals with limited means and the community at large. Through this experience, Nicolette was able to develop the skills necessary to provide individualized legal representation by listening to the unique needs of each client.
Understanding the socioeconomic and mental health aspects of the justice system, Nicolette is uniquely able to offer representation to her clients at the level of care and respect that they deserve.
